just like to say what excellant customer service. My oven should have been delivered on the thursday but unfortunately the driver was rushed to hospital. They phoned me same day and arranged for the oven to come sunday AM. It came at 8.30am and the drivers were excellant. One driver helped my husband to unpack it to check it wasnt damaged and not once did either one of them complain. Will definately buy from them again and recommend to others.

I ordered this item and was given a choice of delivery dates. The ordering system was easy.
I saved a lot of money by purchasing the dishwasher through Kitchen Science.
The item was delivered on the exact date during the morning.
The guys were both very friendly and helpful.

Order placed with no problem, delivery arranged for yesterday from 8a.m. to 6p.m. and it arrived at 2p.m. Delivered by two very friendly and helpful men despite already done 18 deliveries and pickups prior to ours another 4 yet to complete. We were asked if we wanted the packaging, which we didn't so it was removed and taken away. A graet online shopping experience and we would recomend them to our friends. Saved £27 by not buying from local national retail outlets. Thank you Kitchen Science and White Box Deals.

Ordered online website was easy to use very straightforward, communication was good,fridgefreezer was deliverd within four days,delivery team excellent very helpful. Good alround experience, also saved around £100 on high street prices, will use again and would recommend.

Had a very long look on many sites, Comet did the same cooker for £608 + Shipping.. Kitchen Science did it for £416 inc Shipping.. Did the order on the phone, great staff and very helpful.. Got email confirming order and another with log in details for their website. A text came 2 days later saying when it would be delivered and BINGO there is was bang on time. Guys, fantastic service, outstanding product at the best price anywhere on the net. I bumped into an old couple in Comet and told them to come to you... they did... I am so pleased with everything, you saved me a whole bunch of cash and provided great service... What else can any customer ask for... thank you. Regards, Chris

Brilliant service. Bought a Hotpoint washing machine (at very good price - cheapest I could find). Had confirmation emails and delivery agreed (free) for date selected. Delivery men rang through in morning to tell me they would be delivering between 10a.m. and noon - they arrived at 11a.m. and were really helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Utterly hopeless. Don't buy anything off this company. They couldn't care less about their customers. Price seemed good but now I just wish I gone for the 2nd or 3rd cheapest - or even the dearest.I am past caring about saving a measley 50 quid. Initial delivery date was a week after I ordered it. I received a text the day before to confirm it would arrive the next day. Nothing came. I phoned to ask where it was and they said they would find out and phone me back. They didn't. The next day a hire van arrived but my order was missing. They then phoned me and set a 3rd date for delivery. Another day waiting. It still didn't arrive. I'm now waiting for a refund and will order from a reputable company next time.

Very happy with service. Ordered dishwasher. Was informed by text what time and date it would be delivered (2 hour timeframe). And they kept to their word. Indesit dishwasher great, much better than the crappy SMEG one we had before. And much cheaper too.

I was very pleased with the service I received form Kitchen Science.I could have had my washer dryer within 2 days but it was more convenient for me to have it delivered the following monday. I rang customer services with a query and they were prompt, polite and helpful. On the day of delivery, I received a courtesy call 15 minutes before delivery to tell me they were on their way. Within another 15 minutes my machine was delivered, unpacked and all packaging removed. The 2 guys were polite and quick. Overall, what with the bargain price as well, i'd say it was a good all round experience and I shall be looking into shopping at Kitchen Science again.

Useless. Would have rated zero if I was able to. Website somehow managed to get my address as non-UK, although it wasn't, and managed to register the same order twice. Website said someone would call me but they didn't. I emailed and got email back saying someone would call within an hour. They didn't. I emailed again, and again got email that someone would call within an hour. They didn't. Eventually ordered from Laskys.com....
