Good price was what attracted me to Dixons (and the fact I know who they are) and the fact that my tumble dryer has turned up on time and the dixons guys that dragged it up to my flat were nice and friendly will make me use them again,

Ordered a fridge freezer and a tom tom for delivery on 31st December - on 30th we looked at website to check times of delivery to find that the order was cancelled. Called them and the guy was very rude, told me it was out of stock and that they didn't know when it was due in. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. He told me the Fridge was out of stock but he didnt know about the Tom Tom - I suggested he find out - that was out of stock too - apparently they don't let customers know when an item that has been ordered goes OOS!!!! We were going to order a washing machine off them too but they can stick that now too!" Appalling company - would NEVER recommend to anyone.

The Washer Dryer did not work properly on the day it was delivered trying to get any reasonable response from Dixon's was impossible. Their Customer service is non existent. Prices are good and the Machine was delivered when they said it would be but you should always judge a company by what happens if something goes wrong. I am luvky in that it went wrong within 7 days and I can get my money back because of distant selling regulkations but as far sorting out the problem and being without a washing machine dixons were not interested.

Paid a little more to purchase from Dixons this time but worth the extra IMHO as hob arrived on time and unmarked. (unlike the last appliance that I ordered from a retailer that I will not mention Appliances Direct,, opps)

Great service. Best price. I always use Dixons and was not let down this morning as my Hotpoint washer arrived on time and unmarked. Will continue to use/recommend Dixons.

Great site. Great Service and fast "on time" delivery eased the stress of replacing my fridge freezer (an emergency situation when you have children and breast milk. Many thanks to Dixons and White Box Deals.

No problems. Price was good, item delivered exactly when promised. I even got a text and phone call prior to delivery as well as the driver ringing up saying he would be there in 10 mins! Would recommend.

Really happy with price, order confirmations, delivery contact and quick (5 days) delivery. The only negative was the Dixons website, where it was impossible to track the order online, and where the customer services team were unable to help with any website related issue - disappointing response from an online retailer when everything else about the deal was so good.

A bargain, but tainted by damaged goods and delay in delivery. When ordered and paid for, the Bosch larder fridge did not show as "out of stock" but warned "allow 28 days for delivery".
I had to chase Dixons up on day 25 and was given a delivery date of day 27,and I arranged for someone to be at home. The next day Dixons contacted me and told me the delivery date had been put back a further day. More hassle in changing arrangements for someone to be at home again!
The fridge was delivered exactly 28 days after the order by a Curry's delivery crew, BUT when the packaging was removed the fridge was found to be significantly damaged in 2 places and I refused to accept delivery (there was no way of knowing where or when the damage occurred prior to unpacking it). I immediately contacted Dixons for a replacement. They said they were then out of stock and didn't know when the product would next be available. I was offered an alternative model (not an option)or a refund, but knowing this was the cheapest price anywhere, I insisted on the same model, with delivery as a priority.
Another fridge was finally delivered satisfactorily SIX WEEKS after the original order. My experience is, don't expect swift delivery, and carefully inspect the goods before before the delivery guys leave. Now it's here I'm satisfied with the fridge, but wondering if the discounted price was worth the hassle and the unreasonable wait.

I had fire damage in my kitchen (mother in law placed daulit electric kettle on gas hob). Visited White Box Deals on recommendation from friend and found Dixons was the cheapest when I was looking to replace hob and extractor. Everything arrived yesterday and is being fitted now so would just like to say I have received great service from White Box deals and Dixons.

Very poor service. When I ordered the freezer was advised that it was "IN STOCK". When I made enquires as to a delivery after 3 weeks wait I was told that it was NOT in stock, and that they had no idea when it would be. Payment was taken the same day as the order, I have now cancelled the order and have been promised a refund immediately but I expect a fight with them over that. Take note of similar comments from other people
