Feel it is worth the time to comment that as always BHS have delivered my home order with no fuss and on time. Why can't so many other companies do this? This time it was a washer but they have never let me down and if possible I would give 10 stars and will post this on all the review sites that I think are good enough to deserve my time.

found a great deal on a bosh washer exactly everything i wanted
arrived on time but had a damaged flap , phoned up they said they would get bosh to send me a new one . Started to use machine and it started leaking through door , phoned again now i had to have an engineer out to a new washer ! took 5 days for him to come , but a new seal on door , started washing 2 loads in started leaking again ! phoned again they offered me a washer i didnt want or i could have my money back , oh forgot it wasnt rinsing either ! had to go for money back of course as enough was enough , by the time to start to finish it will have all took at least 3 weeks , this has left me without a washer and unable to purchase another as i dont trust how long they are going to take in giving it me back , and best of all i cant get this washer any where now as it seems to have been discontinued , i am devistated , wish i had never took the risk ordering with bhs , they dont care the mess they have left me in !!!!! not forgetting time of work waiting for deliveries , engineers and for it to be fetched back , laundary bills it just goes on , do they care no !!

Ordered double oven 13 days ago all seemed ok
Had email to say cooker was been delivered Wed 2 hours later another email to say will be delivered Friday with a 3 hour slot.
Looks good 4.30 arrived no cooker phoned got put on hold for a long time then passed from pillar to post. To be told your cooker was delivered to van driver broken so it will not been deliverd.
Having had a day off work, no phone call and waiting in all day not happy. Then to be told its out of stock and had to cancel order.
Service awful dont bother with BHS go with another supplier

Very good website - nicely laid out and easy to find products. Pices are surprisingly competitive. I ordered a washing machine last Wednesday and it was delivered today (Saturday). Faultless service.

Ordered an item, phoned to confirm in stock, agreed delivery date 14 days ahead. Now made aware that item is not in stock and will not be available for further two weeks. Website still states item is in stock. Blaming supplier and others but evidence is that BHS disorganised.

Cooker arrived today on time and I was called by driver to say was on way. Very happy with price and service will recommend to friends.
