The LG washing Machine ordered over the weekend was safely delivered on Thursday as promised under the "Free Delivery" arrangements. The communication was good and the staff friendly and efficient when dealing with my two enquiries. No complaints and very satisfied - I will return the next time I need to make a purchase as their price was very competitive.rnThanks to everyone.

A 1st Class Service from 1staudiovisual.Ordered washing machine late Wednesday evening delivery to be Friday. Excellent communication service from the delivery company 1 call to say they would be here between 3pm & 5pm was that ok and a 2nd call just to say they were delayed in traffic and were on there way. The online tracking is fantastic i was kept upto date with everything. Washing Machine was £50 cheaper than Comet and with Free Delivery. I will be using 1staudiovisual again & will pass this on to everyone i know.

Top notch service. I had never heard of this outfit before but went with then due to them having the best price on this site. I was treated like I was important from the first phone call and my new oven arrived on time and without a hitch. Can recommend with hand on heart.
