We bought a Samsung RSA1WTMH. Very fast delivery, Excellent service from the delivery men. I cannot fault them for there assistance. One big fault is with the people on the telephones who I made the order with. When I ordered I asked would they deliver my American fridge/freezer up 2 flights of stairs as we had NO lift & was told yes they would delivery to the door. The delivery team said they couldn't delivery it that far unable to take it up any stairs! The team on the day did as much as they were able to & some friends helped to get it up the stairs. other than that more than happy.

Brought A Hotpoint Wash Machine AQXGD169PM 9kg Drum from Boots Kitchen App on Fri 23rd Jan 2009.
I selected Thurs 29th for delivery as that suited us fine.
Got a call Wed Morning just to make sure that I am happy with my purchase & I had ordered the one I intended. They told me I'd get a call between 5 - 9pm to confim del time for next day & asked why I had chosen Boots.
Got Text to confirm Del between 7am - 11pm about 4:30pm on the wed.
Thursday morning about 8:45am, got a call from the del driver to say it would be delivered between 9 & 10am and to make sure we was in.
They turned up at 9:25 and unwrapped the appliance and put it where we asked.
I found the whole experience excellent and hassle free and would consider re-using again.
Ashame to hear others have had difficulties.
THANK YOU FOR WASH-MACHINE. OVER £130 cheaper than in major electrical known retailers

I specifically answered in delivery details that a refuse truck would not fit down our lane. I assumed that they would deliver in a smaller truck. They turned up in a v large truck and said they hadn't been told and wouldn't unload and wheel the cooker on a sack truck. So they went away. When I rang customer services they said they didn't deliver in small trucks - so why don't they say that on their site. It wasted 4 weeks of my time - waiting & having to reorder somewhere else & the delivering company's time. I was not pleased!!

I am very sorry to hear that we were unable to deliver your new appliance.

I am very concerned that your special instructions were not picked up and you were not contacted to explain our terms of delivery.

We do not use smaller vans and in our terms and conditions we do state surcharges may apply for deliveries where there are access issues.

I am truly sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused.

Placed order on line on Wednesday 6m received confirmation via email, dishwasher should have been delivered on Friday.
Had a call on Thursday 11:50 am from Boots asking for my credit card details and extra £10 for next day delivery , as order was not processed. I cannot understand how, as I had a confirmation at 18: 03 on Wednesday from Boots,I refused to pay extra money for Friday delivery and cancelled order.
I spoke to the Manager(Chris Warbrick) he was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional! I buy good on line all the time, first time from Boots Boots Kitchen Appliances ans will not recommenf using company to anyone. Poor customer service and attitude!

Ordered cooker on the Sunday,confirmed delivery the Wednesday,delivered on the Thursday on time,delivery crew curtious & professional.No problems would highly recommend - well done Boots Kitchen Appliances!!

let down by another supplier.Rang boots customer care bent over backwards to help paid a small extra fee for next day delivery arrived time stated machine good working order cant praise highly enough.Thank you Boots.

Ordered a Washer dryer on a Monday for delivery on a Wednesday removed old washer on the Tuesday evening, then a phone call at 1930hrs saying unable to deliver on the agreed date no stock and not sure when in. Following day advised would be on the Friday not too bad i thought, but when delivered front door of machine smashed. Next delivery would be 14 to 16 days so cancelled order now the following wednesday and still awaiting my refund so i can order elsewhere.

Firstly I would like to thank you for your comments. I can assure you this is not our normal level of service and I am very sorry to hear that we have let you down.

On receiving your original appliance into our warehouse, it has not met our quality checks therefore unable to deliver.

I am very sorry to hear that the replacement appliance was again damaged, I can assure you this is very unusual.

We will be looking into this issue as a matter of urgency.

Needed fridge freezer quickly as old one had broken down. Was verbally promised date when order placed. Subsequently received auto phone confirmation of delivery date. Phoned on morning of delivery and confirmed 4 hour slot. Item did not arrive. Phoned Boots to be told that it had not been put on for delivery and next available delivery would be next week. No adequate explanation for error given. Taken day off work and unable to leave house, for nothing. If zero stars available would have given that. Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied.

The Washing Machine I ordered was at very good price. I did a lot of research before I made a purchase and with the double Boot Advantage points I feel the offer was hard to beat.
The fast delivery option was a great bonus also so I will use Boots Kitchen Appliances again if I need anything else for my home.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was given a 10-2 slot and they arrived at 3pm. Then the fridge I ordered was badly damaged so had to be taken back. They had already cleared away my old fridge and did not return it. The earliest new delivery they could offer was a week away. I was offered nothing in the way of compensation or a good will gesture- they just said they could not do anything about it, despite taking my money and leaving me without a fridge for a week.

As we order directly from the manufacturer we have been unable to obtain a replacement any sooner.
