Ordered cooker on the Sunday,confirmed delivery the Wednesday,delivered on the Thursday on time,delivery crew curtious & professional.No problems would highly recommend - well done Boots Kitchen Appliances!!

let down by another supplier.Rang boots customer care bent over backwards to help paid a small extra fee for next day delivery arrived time stated machine good working order cant praise highly enough.Thank you Boots.

Ordered a Washer dryer on a Monday for delivery on a Wednesday removed old washer on the Tuesday evening, then a phone call at 1930hrs saying unable to deliver on the agreed date no stock and not sure when in. Following day advised would be on the Friday not too bad i thought, but when delivered front door of machine smashed. Next delivery would be 14 to 16 days so cancelled order now the following wednesday and still awaiting my refund so i can order elsewhere.

Firstly I would like to thank you for your comments. I can assure you this is not our normal level of service and I am very sorry to hear that we have let you down.

On receiving your original appliance into our warehouse, it has not met our quality checks therefore unable to deliver.

I am very sorry to hear that the replacement appliance was again damaged, I can assure you this is very unusual.

We will be looking into this issue as a matter of urgency.

Needed fridge freezer quickly as old one had broken down. Was verbally promised date when order placed. Subsequently received auto phone confirmation of delivery date. Phoned on morning of delivery and confirmed 4 hour slot. Item did not arrive. Phoned Boots to be told that it had not been put on for delivery and next available delivery would be next week. No adequate explanation for error given. Taken day off work and unable to leave house, for nothing. If zero stars available would have given that. Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied.

The Washing Machine I ordered was at very good price. I did a lot of research before I made a purchase and with the double Boot Advantage points I feel the offer was hard to beat.
The fast delivery option was a great bonus also so I will use Boots Kitchen Appliances again if I need anything else for my home.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was given a 10-2 slot and they arrived at 3pm. Then the fridge I ordered was badly damaged so had to be taken back. They had already cleared away my old fridge and did not return it. The earliest new delivery they could offer was a week away. I was offered nothing in the way of compensation or a good will gesture- they just said they could not do anything about it, despite taking my money and leaving me without a fridge for a week.

Firstly I would like to apologise for the delayed delivery. Our time slots are estimated times of arrival.

As we order directly from the manufacturer we have been unable to obtain a replacement any sooner.

I can assure you that we have been working very closely with the manufacturers to ensure we can deliver as quickly as possible.

I am very sorry that the appliance you have chosen was unavailable at the point of order.

We rely on the manufacturers lead times and production scales. I can assure you this is not a very common situation.

The boots kitchen appliances site was easy to navigate which is important to me as I do not like complicated check out systems. Boots also gave me a case of Virgin wine which is a great bonus.

I got delivery of my appliance within 2 days of ordering, I did not even know this was possible when buying kitchen appliances online, also got some Boots points, I will be recommending Boots Kitchen Appliances to every one I know.

Boots Kitchen Appliances offered good service. I received my new refrigerator quickly and the delivery men connected it and took away my old one. The delivery arrived a day later than expected but Boots Kitchen Appliances refunded the delivery cost for me and were very helpful in fixing the issue.
