Top marks to this company. I order my fridge/freezer on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday morning. I was kept informed by email that they would send a text and email with a delivery time the day before it was due. I got both with a 2 hour timeslot (now why cant all companies work like this) The drivers were very friendly they unpacked the freezer/freezer and took away the box and packaging. I'm so glad I used white box deals as well, I was going to buy from currys then checked WBD's. I found it was £50 cheaper buying through the link, all in all this is the smoothest and most stress free purchase I've ever done on the internet.

Would love to deal with people like this every day of the week! Polite and informative on the phone, unlike many of their competitors who were unhelpful and could not be more dis-interested if they tried!
Was kept up to date that the product was packed and picked for delivery and a text was sent to give a 2 hour time slot! Fantastic!

I ordered a washing machine for delivery direct to my mother. Because she is elderly and disabled, I e-mailed customer services to warn them of this and ask that delivery driver allow time for her to come to the door. I received an immediate reply confirming that this would be done. The machine was delivered and unpacked as promised by a helpful and friendly crew and Mum was delighted. Good price and good service; much appreciated!

Was very pleased ordered on Monday and delivered on Wednesday before allocated slot. Product £80 cheaper than Comet and delivery was free. Delivery men polite took packagaing away. Had never heard of Electrical 123 and nearly ordered from the coop but realised had similar phone message and so glad I did. Thanks.

Absolutely faultless delivery service,"Spot on". Electrical 123 did exactly what they said they would. I like the idea of a text or email stating delivery time which means no waiting in all day. My order for IDL 40 arrived within 24hrs of ordering but I was also able to choose a day convenient to me. Praise to David in customer service who handled my order. Two very polite and helpful delivery men rouded off an ideal transaction. No hesitation in recommending Electrical 123.

What an excellent service, I chose Electrical 123 because of their prices and free delivery. I ordered a dishwasher tues 17 feb and delivery was next day or 20 feb. It arrived at 7am as per the text the previous day. Unfortunately the dishwasher did not work properly, one call to the customer service team on 21 feb and they are collecing the faulty model and allowed me to choose a different model to replace. All the time being very courteous and helpful. At the time I did not know they were part of the Co-op but this has given me even more confidenc in definately using and recommending them again.

I had never heard of Electrical123 so was not sure what to think as they had the best deal on my Beko CDA539FW and I have learned to be wary of retailers with to good to be true prices online. The fact that Electrical123 is on this site and are part of Coop calmed my nerves and my I am pleased to report all went well as my goods arrived on Friday. so I can recommend and will use again although I do not buy many appliances so it may be a long time before I do.
