I had never heard of Electrical Discount UK before I came across them on White Box Deals and only choose them due to the fact the was the cheapest. I have experienced great phone back up and my hotpoint fridge freezer arrived on time so I can recommend and I will use again if price is cheapest.

I've ordered a few items online and after searching for a replacement oven, came across Electrical Discount UK who offered the item I wanted at the lowest price. I’d never used them before and after a slight hiccup with a direct debit agreement (not EDUK’s fault), all went smoothly. Delivery was prompt, no damage and the driver was so helpful delivering straight to my kitchen. Was impressed to be given the driver’s number to call, just in case. I would use Electrical Discount UK again.

I was worried about ordering anything expensive over the internet and was planning to use a more well known company. I needed the washing machine as soon as possible and they said delivery waould be 28 days. Electrical discount UK were £35 cheaper than the stores and delivery was 3 to 10 days. I read all the reviews which were mostly good and then ordered the machine at 11pm wednesday night. I recieved a phone call friday morning and the machine was delivered at midday on saturday. Very pleased with the speed of service and happy with my new moon washing machine.

First time i've bought off electrical discount uk. I bought a lg washing machine at the cheapest price i found. They comfirmed order by email and said payment wouldnt be taken till they could comfirm they had stock then they would ring for delivery date. They phoned the day after and delivered on the sat just 4 days later. The washer was well boxed with no damages. I am really happy it all went well and would use them again.

Is this a new outfit? If so they are much needed. I was let down on delivery by one of the big name kitchen appliance sites (no I will not be naming and shaming as it may have just been a one off thing) and then choose Electrical Discount UK due to them being second cheapest in the list, I got a good price with no problems to report. Will be using again.

First time I have used Electrical Discount UK and I have nothing but praise for the fast and friendly service I received. Washer arrived on time and was wheeled into my kitchen without a hitch. I will use again and recommend.
