They took my money the day I ordered a fridge-freezer and freestanding cooker. I called time after time and was assured that the items would be delivered "next week". If they phoned me back it was always just before they closed and kept blaming their suppliers. Eventually, 4 weeks later I have cancelled the order and would never order anything from them again. Take my advice, pay a few pounds more and use a reliable company who can give you a firm delivery date! ... and don't believe a word they say!

Ordered a fridge freezer, heard nothing so phoned after 5 days. Promised to call me back 4 times but no call. Last call I was told that the supervisor was dealing with it but she had gone home. Promised faithfully to ring me next morning. 11.20am no call so I rang again, left hanging on for over 10 minutes only to be eventually told that the item was out of stock. I have asked for a refund and confirmation by email but still waiting.
Lousy company to deal with, worst customer service you can imagine. DO NOT BUY (or try to buy) FROM THIS COMPANY

My new Baumatic BT6.3GL arrived within 3 days and the delivery guy insisted on bringing the box which only weighs 18kg (it is written on the box) in and placing it exactly where I was going to store it until it is fitted. Can recommend.

Never heard of Electric Shop website before but took a chance and got professional service. Delivery guys called an hour before they arrived and even waited outside for 15 minutes while I got my baby girl to sleep. Great find and will be using again.
