Ordered a beko fridge freezer on sunday 29/11/09 received a call to arrange delivery for saturday 5/12/09 promising to call back with a.m or p.m slot.
No call received, no freezer arrived on the delivery date, transport company never called to say it would not be coming, when they arranged delivery it was on a with held call.
Contacted TribalUK to be told by answer machine, only available 9 to 5 monday to friday.
Contacted company by phone on monday to be told not their fault,
awaiting refund.

Having read reviews of TribalUK I was in two minds whether to go to another retailer however decided to rely on the good reviews. I am very glad that I did. I ordered a Whirlpool chest freezer on 11 Sep and received an e-mail acknowledgement. On 16th a further e-mail said that my order had been processed and payment cleared; a delivery window was being allocated. Shortly after a phonecall informed me that the freezer would be delivered on 24 Sep and that we would receive a phonecall saying whether it would be am or pm a couple of days beforehand. The phonecall was duly received with a delivery time between 12 and 4 on 24th. We had a further call from the delivery van on the morning of 24th and it arrived bang on the dot of 1200. Two delivery men did an efficient job of delivery and took all packing away with them. A textbook operation and I couldn't be more pleased. Oh yes - and the freezer works fine!

I placed an order on the 5th Feb 2009 for an Electric Cooker. Great company recieved 3 emails explaining the situation about delivery, which was fine with me. They even gave me alternative cookers in case I couldn't wait for the 3 week delivery. Cooker arrived this morning, haven't had it fitted yet, but looks great. It would however be great if someone did answer the phone. I tried to call twice & was kept hanging on for 7 mins 12 secs both times. Other than that I am so pleased I dealt with Tribal, as the previous place we were going to get this cooker from was £102.00 dearer. THANKS!!!

I placed an order for a Bosch washing machine in early January, 19th January was told first February they would be in. Delivery was arranged for today between 10.30 and 2.30 pm. AM STILL WAITING AT 3.30PM,no phone call no nothing! Cannot get throughto Tribal by phone - have not managed to since this began - payment has been taken from my card though - Next time I will go to a local store and TALK to real people.

Placed order for Bosch WAE2446S washer on Monday, tribaluk site stated 5 to 7 working days for delivery. Then was called and told washer could be delivered Wednesday morning which was great. So to sum up we received V fast service and great price so will be using again and telling everyone I know as TribalUK deserve the effort.

My order for a Hotpoint freezer was accepted on the 6th January with the money taken from my account no sign of a stock issue.
On the 12th January Tribel emailed saying Hotpoint was out of stock. They may be in stock 23rd January. No contact on the 23rd January. My email on the 24th January asking an answer by the 28th January or cancel my order.
Now the 29th January still no answer, no freezer and minus my money. (23 days)

Ordered a large larder freezer from TribalUK which was delivered in 10 working days. This was after another internet retailer told us this product could not got antwhere. TribalUK provided prompt replies to our queries and delivery was at the specified time. We saved £120 on shop price. Well done TribalUK. Great service.

I attempted to place an order with this company after finding the item I wanted at one of the most competitive prices. I wanted to check the delivery date and ask a couple of technical questions before placing the order so I tried to call them, not once but about 3 times, each time the phone just rang and rang until it eventually cut off. I then e-mailed my query and received a reply-4days later! By which time I had placed an order with another company and had the item delivered. I would not recommend this company to anyone as the customer service is totally useless and for the sake of saving the odd tenner is just not worth it.

After placing an order I got an email confirmation that my has been approved and will be delivered to the shipping address within timescale set my the manufacturer. I tried to phone once but have being on hold until getting cut off. I then got a couple of conflicting messages - something about my item still remaining in the shopping basket?.. I emailed a question and 3 days later was informed that my item will be delivered direct from the manufacturer who will be in contact with you to confirm a delivery date. After patiently waiting for another week (in the absence of any reassurance I was starting to think this wasn't a real online store and that this was a con!), I was finally contacted by the manufacturer, who has given me a convenient delivery date and time in another week's time. My cooker arrived in perfect time and condition yesterday: 2 weeks after ordering. Conclusion: very competitive price, none existent communication skills, no customer service of any kind, but somehow it all worked out in the end. A fantastic buy. But do not recommend to anyone with no patience and weak nerves!

After placing an order I got no information back from Tribal on progress. I tried to phone on numerous occasions but all I managed to obtain was a large phone bill from being on hold until getting cut off.
I then emailed and was informed that the order had been processed and a delivery slot would be allocated and I presumed incorrectly that I would be informed of this delivery slot. Having tried again to phone many times, again unsuccessfully I decided to cancel the order when at 20:00 I received a phone call from a delivery company that they would be delivering the following day! Fortunately I was able to inconvenience a family member in order for the delivery to go ahead.
Price competitive, customer service terrible.

I have tried unsuccessfully for the last 2 days by phone and email to get through customer services, it cuts you off after a time limited period! I have emailed twice only to get an automated response with different numbers.

I placed an order, they sent me an email confirming my order and then 2 days later I was emailed to say that there was a problem with payment being received, but my bank confirms that the money has been taken off my credit card and they have been paid on the day the order was placed.

I want this item delivered by Xmas as it is a gift.

Very upset and frustrated by the process and dislike the whole impersonal non helpful approach.

Also I dislike the way that if you are sending the goods to a different address on their drop down menu you cannot put an alternative phone number!!!!

Ordered my cooker last Wednesday evening and it arrived today, that's less than the stated delivery time, I'm impressed and very relieved after reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive. Hard to get hold of by phone but responded to my email the next working day. Overall I'm very happy with TribalUK, very competetive price compared to others online and considerably cheaper than the high street shops especially with the discount from White Box Deals, thank you all for making it possible for us to have a good family Christmas dinner at home.

Terrible company, emails unanswered, unable to get through on the phone even after holding for over 30 minutes on each occasion. Fridge still not arrived after the waiting maximum delivery date given, no information from them since the purchase - other than standard auto emails about warranties/confirm payments etc. Would not recommend to anyone regardless of price.

Good price and my B1442nogb arrived on time, my only reason for not giving Tribal UK a 5 tick review is because I was annoyed at the questionnaire which popped up right into my face as soon as I entered the Tribal site. Why do sites insist on doing this? Comet did the same to me on another occasion.
