I must say I was very impressed with Appliances Online! I ordered my cooker on Thursday afternoon whilst in work. By the time I got home, there was an email to say I would have delivery on Saturday as requested - I only paid £5.99 for a Saturday delivery. I was sent a message on Friday afternoon to say I would have delivery between 9am and 1pm - I got my delivery at 10am. The delivery men were very efficient - I checked my cooker and signed for my order. Hey Presto! Done deal. I was really pleased with the service indeed! I would certainly use this company again.

Stay clear of this company - failed to deliver Hotpoint Fridgefreezer on 3 occasions. Waited in all day on a Saturday for the delivery (after receiving a text message the day before stating delivery would be between 7 am – 11am). When I eventually got through to the customer service line (at 2:30 pm!!), I was informed that the item was not on the truck for the day’s deliveries AND it was not even in stock! I was then told the next available delivery date would be another month away - so I have given up and cancelled my order.
The prices may be attractive but don't be tempted - this company CANNOT be trusted!

I was send the wrong colour Fridge Freezers and customer service at Appliances online could careless. I would never EVER purchase anything from this company. I have waited 4 weeks for this item and all they are telling me now is oh yeah we sent you wrong colour and the right colour will come in 3 weeks. VERY disappointed customer

Ordered Hotpoint fridge freezer mid may waited till 1st week in june for delivery took day off and waited in delivery drivers arrived and whilst getting it in to the house scratched the fridge freezer, since had 2 saturday deliverys booked so we don't have to take a further day off work and they have cancelled both days saying no stock.

Rubbish company that can't deliver the goods, but can take your monay straight away!!!!!!

Absolutely diabolical!!!! Ordered a Samsung American Style Fridge Freezer on the 20th March, paid in full. 18th April after 5 failed delivery dates, 3 days booked off work to receive said fridge freezer, still no fridge freezer! Cancelled order today after complete lack of communication and lies. Please take my advice, this company certainly don't deliver, I will never ever use them again!

I phoned appliance online to make sure that they had the washing machine I wanted to buy in stock before ordering online. I was welcome positively on the phone by a friendly agent who congratulated me on my choice of machine. She offered to organise the order for me on the phone to save me having to do it online. She took my credit card details but failed to let me know how much I was going to be charged. I asked her to send me an email to confirm delivery which never arrived. The delivery was organised for the following Friday. On the Thrusday I noticed that I had been charged £29.99 more for the washing machine than I had expected to pay. I was told that it was because I had been charged a delivery charged. I explained that I was not told there would be one and that in the google search engine it said that their deliveries were free. I was told that they would have to listen to the telephone conversation that I had had with their sales agent to check if I was telling the truth. Despite confirming my say they then told me that I would have to be charged any way because the delivery was the following day and it was too late to cancel. After complaining they agreed to withdraw the charge but failed to deliver on Friday am said that the driver had gone sick and that the new driver was 4 hours behind and that the machine would be with me by 17.00 at 18.30 they phone to say that due to unforseen circumstances they could not deliver that day but for sure it would be with us the following day. On Saturday the washing machine was not delivered. A message was left on my voice mail to say that the driver had an accident and that they would phone me back on Monday to arrange delivery. On Monday it will have been 8 days that the washing machine was ordered. Appliance Online seems to have lots of difficulties with owning responsibilities and I would not use them again.

Order for Kitchen Extractor Fan Unit came on the day arranged with a text and voice message on my mobile phone the day previously to confirm and a telephone call early on the day of delivery to say it had been loaded on the lorry and would be delivered by 11 o'clock. It arrived at 10.15 am and was unpacked by the driver for inspection and the packaging taken away. Very happy with the service all through.

Ordered Washer and oven. Was informed both would be delivered together, washer came on time, but no one knew a thing about the oven although both were paid for before delivery.Phoned up customer services (there interpretation)they had not a clue, offered me another delivery date but no time, no good to me as I have to work Informed I could choose another date but would have to pay again for delivery, there fault not mine. This company is very inflexable and 'customer service is non existant. I cancelled the order and my money for the oven was returned, I felt lucky. would not use this company ever again, suggest all would be purchasers be warned!!!!!!!

I have looked into your order and I am truly sorry that we were unable to deliver your oven. I can see that it was not put on the delivery van, I can assure you this is not normal and does not happen regularly.

No complaints as cooker arrived yesterday on time and in perfect condition. Good service as expected from a leading online appliance retailer. I will tell friends.

I wish that I had discovered this site a long time ago. Excellent service throughout. Only had 4 days to wait before delivery, which was notified by phone x 2 and text. The price was really good too. I shall definately recommend to friends and I shall use the site again.
