Initial service good. Item arrived on time, but went wrong after 5 days. It took 13 phones to get someone to take an interest and I was promised a replacement 8 days later when new stock arrived. I didn't hear any more. I have since emailed 6 times and the response is either nothing or a template email.If you phone, nobody wants to help, and most of the website numbers don't work. They arranged to collect faulty item but not send a replacement. I won't give it up until I have had my money back, which I am now doing with my credit card.
AVOID AVOID AVOID, customer service is terrible.

I am sorry for the problems you have had with our after sales service of your defective product.
This is not our usual service as we try and ensure that we take the utmost care to satisfy all requests of our customers efficiently in a friendly manner.
Our customer care agents are available by email or by calling 0844 369 0372 (Calls charged at national rate) from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5pm.
If you are not satisfied with your product or it does not conform to the description on our site you have 14 days to return your product to us for a refund or replacement provided that we have the item in stock. Once the 14 days have passed we can only offer you a repair.
I urge you to contact me directly with your order details on emma@pixmania.com so that I may investigate the reasons why you have not been offered a replacement.

France based company.My item did not arrive. AWas aked to post a sworn statement to France before they would investigate. 2 months later my Credit Card company is trying to get a refund.

Ordered and paid for fridge freezer which was in stock. Next day email to say no stock but would send one when they came back into stock. that kind of service is no use to me, I would not deal with this company or their parent company again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Ordered a washing machine and tumble dryer 15 April with up to 5 days delivery. No delivery and then find out its out of stock.
After 5 phone calls and emails items are in but no delivery booked. Now 24 April still no delivery booked and then I recieve an email items out of stock. Appalling service with no contact or update from Pixmania. Never again.

Pixmania delivers to all of Europe and it sometimes happens that more than 1000 of the same item can be sold with in seconds.

Good price, and delivery within the time stated.
But unable to get payment to go through on American Express, card even after calls to Pixmania and American Express who said they had approved the purchase (Had to put it on Visa card in the end).
Delivery arrived an hour after the scheduled tome slot of 4 hours, and no notification received to say they where running late.
Would not take away old machine.

Great company. Took just 3 days for my Bosch washer to arrive. Nice guys who delivered it told me that Pixmania is part of Currys so you get the service but at even lower price. I always go with cheapest deal when I purchase online as sometimes you find a great little company like Pixmania.

First class service.Ordered on Monday and delivered on Wednesday morning (well within the quoted 5 day time frame). The delivery guys even took away the old machine and the packing that the new one came in.Good comms from the company to let me know that machine was on its way and when.If only all internet purchases were this easy..........

On this showing would throughly recommend to anyone, ordered on Sunday, delivered and fitted and old appliance removed by 2 very helpful guys by Tuesday morning and saved over £100 on local store prices.Many thanks
