My 15 month old Prestige PRT 265 fridge freezer has stopped freezing. Does anyone have an idea of how to solve the problem?I have lost the instruction manual so it may be covered in that. Thanks

You are probably better off calling Prestige direct with this one as there are many reasons why your fridge freezer could not be working: 0151 482 8282
